Simple Collagen Latte Recipe
hot or iced
Here are two simple collagen latte recipes—one hot and one iced—that are easy and oh so delicious. I drink one of these almost every morning for a boost of protein and pep!

Hot Version
Ingredients
- 8 oz coffee, hot
- 7 drops of liquid stevia or other natural sweetener
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 2 tablespoons Nutpods (I prefer French Vanilla) or any other dairy-free creamer
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (or 1 serving of another brand)
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Brew your favorite coffee. My personal favorite is Rocksteady. If you’re in the Denver area, you can get your hands on some at Paul’s Coffee.
- While the coffee is brewing, add the stevia, ghee, Nutpods creamer, and Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to a blender.
- When the coffee finishes brewing, pour that into to the blender as well.
- Blend for 5-10 seconds. You should see it get pretty frothy.
- Pour the mixture into your favorite mug. Or if you’re setting out on an adventure, your favorite thermos.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
- Enjoy!
Iced Version
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Nutpods (I prefer French Vanilla or Hazelnut) or any other dairy-free creamer
- 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (or 1 serving of another brand)
Directions
- Brew your favorite coffee. Dani’s Drive Tip: if you can, brew your coffee the day before or a few hours before and let it chill in the fridge.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for 10-20 seconds. Make sure the collagen is mixed in well.
- Add some ice cubes to a glass.
- Pour the coffee mixture into the glass.
- Enjoy!
